F1 Teams Refuse Night Test

Formula one teams have reportedly ruled out organising a European night test in readiness for the first floodlight grand prix on the streets of Singapore in September.After the MotoGP contenders recently tested under the stars in Qatar, it had been discussed among F1's Technical Working Group that allowing the F1 world to also get used to the new experience of operating at night might be a good idea.
