Jack Brabham Honoured

Australia's triple world champion, Sir Jack Brabham, has been named an officer in the Order of Australia (AO) in the Australia Day honours for services to motor sport.The 82-year-old was knighted by the Queen in 1979, after being appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 1966. In 1966 he was also Australian of the Year.
